New 1 1/2 hour session focused on getting you Fitter, Leaner, Faster & Stronger!

  How it works
  • An enduro Fit Fantaix session goes for 1 1/2 hours [90 minutes]
  • Sessions are conducted at South Bank Parklands
  • An E-mail will be sent the day before to confirm the exact location
  • Participants to wear comfortable clothing, and please bring some water

  • Sessions are made up of female and males of all fitness levels
